- What are your opening hours?
- We're open every day from 10:00 to 23:00 (11 pm), all year round with no closing day.
- Do your staff speak English?
- Yes. Our pharmacists and staff speak English, Japanese and Chinese and can help with symptoms and product advice.
- Can I get a tax refund?
- Yes. Instant tax refund is available in-store, and we also support WOWPASS top-up and payment.
- What is the AI skin diagnosis?
- It's a free service that analyzes your skin with AI and recommends derma cosmetics suited to your skin condition.
- What K-beauty products do you have?
- Our own pharmacy brand PHARMAtique — PDRN sheet masks, derma repair creams and eye patches, among others.
- Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
- Over-the-counter and everyday medicines are available without a prescription; prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription.
